One of our most symbolic milestones this year was our entry into the public market. We became the first AI company in the optimization space to list on KOSDAQ, achieving an exceptionally fast IPO in just about a year. Despite tightened review standards, we secured preliminary approval in nearly two months, recorded institutional demand of 1,058:1. Following the listing, our share price saw a strong positive response and has since remained stableโreflecting sustained confidence in our long-term growth.
Alongside this milestone, Nota AI delivered consistent revenue growth, achieving a CAGR of 98% from 2021 to 2025. In 2025, NVA became the first VLM-based intelligent video monitoring solution to be successfully deployed at an industrial site in Korea, proving its reliability in real-world safety-critical environments, including Kolon Industriesโ plant.
